AMC’s µZ servo drive family now features velocity mode capability.  With the addition of 3 models with built-in interface cards and 3 more with plug-in style mounting, these full featured drives are available for immediate shipment.

µZ servo drives are designed to drive brushless and brushed DC motors at a high switching frequency.  To increase system reliability and to reduce cabling costs, the drives are designed for direct integration into your PCB and weigh in at less than 9 grams.

Designed without the need for a heatsink, the µZ’s are true featherweights with a high power to weight ratio. The µZ’s are fully protected against over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current, over-heating, and short-circuits. Depending on the model, the drives interface with digital controllers that have analog ±10V or PWM/Direction commands.  These servo drives require only a single unregulated isolated DC power supply, and are fully RoHS (Reduction of Hazardous Substances) compliant.

The DVC series motor controllers from Advanced Motion Controls are digital four-quadrant servo drives purpose-designed and built to operate today’s modern mobile electric vehicular platforms.  Providing high power from battery supplies, the DVC series features a compact design, IP65 construction and multiple operating modes for controlling either permanent magnet brushed or brushless motors.  Whether for traction / propulsion, steering, lifting or any other electrically driven actuation, the DVC series is the newest member in a long line of successful motor controlling solutions from Advanced Motion Controls.
